This Spring, our 1st Years visited the Gardiner Museum and the Royal Ontario Museum for an intimate experience with Italian majolica pottery.

2012 Sheridan Ceramics Graduate Exhibition at the Gardiner

SHOWCASE DATES: March 22 – April 1

The 2012 graduates of Sheridan College’s ceramics program are creating work in a range of functionality from tableware to sculptural vessel forms. A spectrum of clays, glazes, temperatures and sizes is being explored. The group of students works to help each other showcase each person’s individuality, resulting in a collection of pieces representative of the group’s diversity.

SnOball Draw Winner Announced

Congratulations to Laura Langford, 3rd year Furniture student, who won Bruce Cochrane’s “Three-Ring Lidded Jar” in our First Annual SnOball Draw.  Laura took a Ceramics class with Bruce during her first year at Sheridan.Thanks to all of you who entered the Draw and supported our Ceramics Student Awards!
